No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no ads or third-party trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from external providers.
Anonymous statistics
To see how the site is used, it counts visits and a few actions (opening the chat, uploading a job description, using the email buttons). Each record holds only the day, the country derived from your browser's time zone, the referring website's domain and the device type (mobile, tablet or desktop). No cookies are used and no IP address is stored: unique visitors are counted with a random value that changes every day and is never saved, so a visit can't be linked to you or to your other visits. The records are kept in Google Cloud in the EU for up to 400 days.
Hosting
The site runs on Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud (Google Ireland Limited). To deliver pages and protect the service, they process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request in server logs. Google Cloud logs are kept for up to 30 days.
AI assistant
- Messages you type into “Ask about Raman” are sent to Anthropic, PBC (USA), which generates the answer. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models and keeps it only for a limited period under its commercial terms and data processing addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer to the USA.
- The text of each question (without your IP address) is logged in Google Cloud for up to 30 days, so I can see what visitors ask and improve the answers.
- To prevent abuse, your IP address is held in memory for up to 24 hours to apply rate limits.
- The conversation is not stored in your browser and disappears when you leave or press “New chat”.
- Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. For anything personal, email me instead.
If you email me, I use your address and message only to reply and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that conversation.

Processing is based on my legitimate interest in running this site securely and answering questions about my professional background (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
